Vulucamet - Aluminium Composite Sheet
Vulucamet aluminium composite sheet is produced by the fusion of two thin sheets of aluminium either side of a polyethylene core producing a solid board usually of 3mm thickness.
There are three economically priced grades based on aluminium thickness:-
ECONOMY - HOARDING - STANDARD
Produced with gloss one side or matt one side
Available in white and nine colours, gold and silver mirror, bronze/gold aluminium
Sheet sizes 2440 x 1220mm and 3050 x 1500mm
Other sizes, panels and thicknesses on request.

Industrial Interior and Exterior Applications
Storage: Store flat at a preferred temperature of 15oC. Interleave with paper when moved.
Handling: Handle with care, protect the corners in transit; protective p/e film on both sides, with the imprint on the gloss side. Both surfaces are protected by a smooth polyester lacquer.
Cleaning: Avoid solvents and abrasives, use soapy water and rinse clean.
Colour Matching: Usually a minimum of 600mm2 per colour.
Cutting: Use circular or panel saw blades designed for aluminium.
Fabrication and Fixing: This versatile material can be welded, riveted, folded, slotted, routed, bent, punched, glued, laminated or printed.
Weight and Rigidity: A 2mm Alucobest has a similar rigidity to 8mm/10mm foam PVC and weighs about 3kg per m2.
